Our beef is naturally raised. It is produced from a cattle herd that has origins in the early 1900's.

Our cattle are bred, born, raised, fed and finished on Maki Farms with our own homegrown food supply. This equates to predictabliity and traceability.

We are the caretakers through each stage of our animals and crops life cycle.

Our grain finished beef is available for sale. It is fed to choice or higher and locally processed and dry aged for 10-14 days.
